13 Black Sheep Return Policy:
Please save the invoice received with your package. It's your receipt! We do require that to complete an exchange.
Contact us immediately, if there’s a problem at dearbertie@13blacksheep.com You must contact us before shipping the item back. (Then 13 Black Sheep must receive the return within 30 days of purchase.) When contacting us, please provide in the e-mail the following information:
What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
What is the reason you're sending the items back?
What is the first and last name the order is listed under?
What are the replacement item number(s), item(s) and size(s)?
Items can be exchanged but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear or washing.
Sorry, original shipping costs and costs to reship items are not reimbursed on exchanges. You may return the item(s) using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.
Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. 13 Black Sheep will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience!
